Foreigners who are holding on to an Employment Pass (EP/PEP) and S-Pass and have resided in Singapore for at least 6 months may apply under the PTS Scheme. Please prepare your Employment Pass or S-Pass and any application documents previously submitted to the ICA (if any). During our video appointment, a Dunlin Immigration Specialist will conduct a full profile assessment and advise you on how to apply for Singapore Permanent Residency.
